When we searched the City of Tampa Code of Ordinances and Hillsborough County's Land Development Code and Code of Ordinances on Municode in October 2026, neither had a vacation rental registration chapter. Section 509.032(7)(b) bars new local limits on rental duration or frequency adopted after June 1, 2011. Condo declarations and HOA covenants are private rules and can still set minimum lease terms, so each property is checked individually.
