It is the City of Fernandina Beach's permit for renting a dwelling for less than 30 days. Under City Code §26-101 it is valid for one year, requires an inspection at least once a year, must be posted inside the home and shown on every listing, and must be filed with the condo or homeowners' association within ten days. Does a vacation rental on Amelia Island need a state license? Yes.
