Vacation Rental & Airbnb Management in Duval County, FL

Duval County is governed largely by the consolidated City of Jacksonville, with beach cities that write their own rental rules. We manage homes from Jacksonville's neighborhoods to Jacksonville Beach, where every vacation rental needs a city registration certificate and a fire inspection. In both places we set up the state license and the Duval County tourist tax account first, then run each home as a vacation rental, a furnished mid-term stay or an annual lease.

Why Duval County

Mayo Clinic's Florida campus, on the east side of Jacksonville near the Intracoastal Waterway, sends patients who need an extended stay to Vrbo, Airbnb and local rental agencies. Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville and Wolfson Children's Hospital add longer stays, and the beaches and Jacksonville International Airport bring weekend visitors.

Local vs. national

The Duval County advantage: local knowledge at every level

A national platform prices Duval County from a spreadsheet and sends whoever is free to turn the unit. We work it address by address: which city or county code applies, which tax accounts the stay needs, and our own cleaning and maintenance staff on every turnover, with guests able to reach us 24/7.
